To protect the safety and security of our guests and property, CCTV cameras operate in certain external areas of New Thornber (at entrances, driveways/parking areas).
The footage is recorded and stored securely, accessible only to authorised persons where necessary for security, insurance, or law enforcement purposes.
Purpose: Security and the prevention or detection of crime.
Retention: Footage is typically retained for up to 14 days unless required for investigation of an incident.
Sharing: We do not share CCTV footage except where required by law or to assist the police or insurers in the event of an incident.
There are no recording devices inside the property. We do not record sound.
